I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change ASL Show: Sunday March 5 2pm; This charming sketch comedy musical is like if Saturday Night Live and Glee had a showtune baby, and explores the truths and myths involved in dating and relationships.
The skits in Act 1 detail the bumpy journey of dating to marriage, and include layovers at blind dates, ghosting, societal definitions of masculinity and femininity, and even meeting the parents. All of these adventures culminate in a wedding and happily ever after?
Act 2 focuses on the trials and tribulations of marriage, kids, spousal roles, aging, and traversing the plentiful personality traits that make up a family unit.
Can anyone make it out alive?!
